One of the webcomics I read posted this today. I guess most people are familiar with the puzzle style: guess the word/phrase/film title/whatever from the picture. I love this sort of thing.. whenever I see one I spend ages trying to guess it until I get it right.

This one is kind of niche I suppose - though there are a few that don't require too much maths knowledge (like the trig function ones) - but I'll put it here as an example. If you have any more like this (or any pictograms/dingbats etc.) please post them

the one with sin and tall buildings under it... seems like it could be some disaster armageddon movie where a big tidal wave kills everyone...

the graph theory one ... like I don't even recognize all the names TT_TT can't think of a movie where a mike is all alone.

The movies are all pretty famous (all have at least 10000 votes on imdb, apparently), so none of them are too obscure.

	The names aren't important (he only used Mike as his name is Mike), just the fact that each node represents a person. You want another name for that kind of object altogether.

The fourth one is the Mighty Ducks? I was stuck in superior for a long time, and it popped into my head last night when I went to bed. (I was too tired to get back up and post it on the forum)

And I think the very last one is Beauty and the the Beast. Just because 666 is the mark of the devil or "the beast"

#4 is one of the ones I didn't get, so I'm not sure haha.

And the last one is correct.. the other equation is sometimes called the most beautiful in mathematics.

wow pam is good at this, I think i agree with you on mighty ducks, thats the only movie I can think of that has ducks being "above" other things....

what can I say, it is his name besides the road was there first, I've been on that road infact XD I knew about it before the movie came out.
